Terms of Service

Last updated 31 August 2026

These terms govern your use of FleetDeck. By creating an account or connecting a device you agree to them in full. Please read section 5 carefully — FleetDeck does not issue refunds.

1.Who we are

FleetDeck (“FleetDeck”, “we”, “us”) is the trade name of AI Influencers LLC, registered in the United States on 10 June 2026 (EIN 32-0860046). Registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact hello@fleetdeck.co. “You” means the person or company holding a FleetDeck account.

2.What the service does

FleetDeck streams the screen of devices you enroll and forwards your input back to them, so you can operate your own phones from a browser. It is a remote-control and management tool.

FleetDeck is not an anonymity, spoofing or anti-detection product. It does not alter device fingerprints, mutate media to evade platform detection, or misrepresent a device to any third-party service. Do not buy it expecting those capabilities.

3.Your account

  • You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by teammates you invite and by anyone holding a device share link you create.
  • Access keys, device tokens and pairing records are credentials. Treat them like passwords; anyone with them can control the associated device.
  • One person or company per account. Reselling access without a written agreement is not permitted.

4.Acceptable use

You may only enroll and control devices you own or are explicitly authorised to control. You must have the right to access all data visible on those screens.

You must not use FleetDeck to:

  • access a device without the owner's informed permission, or covertly monitor a person;
  • impersonate another user, device or location, or evade another service's security, fraud or bot controls;
  • create or operate fake accounts on third-party platforms, or automate activity that breaches those platforms' terms;
  • process, store or transmit unlawful content, including material that sexually exploits minors;
  • send spam or conduct credential stuffing, scraping or denial-of-service activity;
  • reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or rate-limit-evade the relay infrastructure, or run automated load beyond normal interactive use.

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately, without refund, for breach of this section. Where we are legally required to, we will cooperate with law-enforcement requests.

5.Fees, billing, and no refunds

  • FleetDeck is a paid service. An active subscription is required to use the product. Hosted device licenses are billed monthly in USD in three volume bands: $35 for 1 phone; $25 per device for 2–4 phones; $20 per device for 5–10 phones. Eleven or more phones is custom enterprise (own server), not a self-serve pack, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are collected by Stripe; by subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes unused subscription time, partial billing periods, downgrades, accidental purchases, duplicate charges you did not report before the period ended, and periods during which you chose not to use the service.
  • No pro-rata credit on cancellation. Cancelling stops the next renewal only. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • If a renewal payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period. Enrolled devices stay online during that window. If the balance is not settled, we delete enrolled device records from the account. You must resubscribe and re-pair devices to use the product again.
  • Enterprise (11+ phones, custom, own server): a $500 registration fee is credited against $2000 setup plus compute.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to your account email. Continuing to use the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
  • Taxes: prices exclude VAT or equivalent where applicable. Business customers are responsible for providing valid VAT details.

Where consumer law in your jurisdiction grants a mandatory statutory withdrawal right that cannot be waived, that right prevails over this section. By starting the service immediately after purchase you request immediate performance and acknowledge that this may extinguish such a right once the service has been supplied.

6.Referrals and cashback

  • Referred customers receive 5% off their subscription for as long as it remains active.
  • Referrers earn 10% of amounts actually paid by accounts they referred, credited to a cashback balance.
  • Cashback has no cash value until a payout is approved by us. Payouts are settled manually and may take several business days. We may require identity verification.
  • Self-referral, duplicate accounts, incentivised sign-ups that do not result in genuine paid use, and any attempt to game the program void the balance.
  • Cashback tied to a payment that is later refunded, reversed or charged back is deducted from the balance.
  • We may change or end the referral program at any time; accrued approved payouts are honoured.

7.Third-party devices, software, and Apple restrictions

iPhone remote touch relies on Apple-provided developer facilities and third-party sideloading tools (for example SideStore) that we do not control. Apple may change iOS behaviour at any time, which can break or degrade functionality without notice. Free Apple ID signatures expire on Apple's schedule (currently 7 days) and must be refreshed.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of Apple, Google, your mobile carrier and any other platform you use with FleetDeck. Setup requirements — including that a phone be awake, unlocked and on Wi-Fi — are documented in the setup guide.

8.Availability and support

We aim for high availability but provide no uptime guarantee or service-level commitment. Maintenance, relay outages, VPN provider issues and upstream platform changes can interrupt the service. We provide support on a best-effort basis by email.

9.Your data

Device screens pass through our relays in transit and are not recorded at rest. What we store, and for how long, is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data visible on the devices you control, including obtaining any consent required from the people it concerns.

10.Intellectual property

FleetDeck, its software, relays, agents and documentation remain our property. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. You keep all rights to your own data and to the content on your devices.

11.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, device damage, account bans imposed by third-party platforms, or the acts of people you granted access to.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims is capped at the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for death, personal injury or fraud.

12.Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from Billing. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal necessity. On termination, device connections stop and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention window. No refund is due on termination.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use FleetDeck after that date means you accept the new terms.

14.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We ask that you contact hello@fleetdeck.co first — most issues are resolved informally.
