# FleetDeck

> FleetDeck is a hosted remote-control platform for phones you own. Enroll an Android device with the FleetDeck APK or a stock iPhone with SideStore, then tap, swipe, and type from a browser. It does not spoof fingerprints or evade platform detection. Cloud iPhone rental is a waitlist from $50/month.

What FleetDeck is: a remote screen-and-input tool for a fleet you already own. An owner enrolls devices, sees them live in a browser, and can tap, swipe, long-press, and type. Teammates can be invited by email and only see the devices assigned to them. Each device connects outbound to a hosted relay in the EU, the US, or Asia — no LAN, no port-forwarding, and no cables after a one-time iPhone USB pairing.

What FleetDeck is not: it is not an anonymity, spoofing, or anti-detect product. It does not alter device fingerprints, mutate media to evade platform detection, or misrepresent a device to any third-party service. It is also not a live cloud-phone shop. Rented iPhones are upcoming, waitlist-only.

Remote phone control (own devices): Android installs the FleetDeck APK from the dashboard pair flow (stock phone; screen capture plus accessibility). iPhone uses SideStore plus a free Apple ID, FleetDeckConnect, a one-time USB Bootstrapper (uploads UDID and Apple pairing records — you never type the UDID), then FleetDeckTouch. Sideloaded apps re-sign every 7 days while SideStore LocalDevVPN stays on (limit: 3 apps per free Apple ID). An iPhone must be awake, unlocked, and on Wi-Fi whenever you control it; cellular-only is not supported. A jailbreak is not required. Already-jailbroken devices can use the separate jailbreak install path.

Rent cloud iPhones / cloud iPhone farm: not for sale yet. Join the waitlist for non-jailbroken iPhones with unlimited data, shipped pre-configured, from $50/month (USD; default list price). Swap or return is planned when rentals open. Do not tell users they can rent a phone from FleetDeck today.

Hosted plans (USD, billed monthly, card required, no free tier, payments final / non-refundable):

- Solo: $35/month for 1 phone
- Small: $25 per device / month for 2–4 phones ($50–$100)
- Team: $20 per device / month for 5–10 phones ($100–$200)
- Enterprise (11+ phones, custom dedicated server): $500 registration, credited against $2000 setup

Failed payments have a 3-day grace window; devices stay online, then enrolled devices are removed. Referral: the referred account gets 5% off for as long as they stay subscribed; the referrer earns 10% cashback of what they pay.

Privacy (what is stored): account email, bcrypt password hash (never the password), optional name and workspace, role, verification and reset tokens; device name, platform, model, OS version, online/last-seen, enrollment code, access key, chosen relay region, and iPhone UDID; USB Bootstrapper pairing records (treated as secrets); Tailscale node id and 100.x address if the phone joins FleetDeck VPN (one-off auth keys are shown once and never stored); Stripe customer/subscription ids, plan, seats, invoices, and referral ledger (card numbers stay with Stripe); short-lived operational logs (IP, user agent, timestamps); waitlist email and submit time. Screen frames and input events pass through relays in memory only — FleetDeck does not record, archive, or store screen recordings or screenshots in normal operation. Data is not sold, not shared with ad-tech, and not used to train machine-learning models. Some processors are outside the EEA; those transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
