8. Switch to Tailscale

  1. Finish app installation and refresh, then disconnect LocalDevVPN.
  2. In FleetDeck device Setup, choose Create VPN key.
  3. Open Tailscale on the phone. Open its profile/login menu, then Log in → ⋯ → Use an auth key. Menu placement can vary by version.
  4. Paste the VPN auth key, allow the VPN configuration, and connect. Wait for FleetDeck’s VPN status/address to appear.

The VPN auth key is different from the device access key and your Apple Account password. Keep Tailscale connected for remote touch.
