Stock iPhone setup

On the computer

2. Prepare your computer and device key

  1. Open the dashboard, choose Enroll device → iPhone → Stock, and name the phone.
  2. Open the device’s Setup and keep its current device access key ready for Bootstrapper and FleetDeckConnect.
  3. Windows: install Apple Devices (opens in a new tab) or use Apple’s iTunes download guidance (opens in a new tab). Then reconnect the unlocked phone and accept Trust This Computer.

Mac: use the Mac Bootstrapper download in the next step. Ubuntu/Debian: the Bootstrapper page has Python 3.9+ setup commands.
